Processing times range from one to five business days depending on the chosen method. Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment processors are the sole responsibility of the user.

The bobatoto platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. bobatoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. bobatoto's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Bobatoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, reasonable suspicion of fraud, a request from authorities, or if the user has provided false information during registration. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. Account closure at the user's own request requires identity verification, and all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedure.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bobatoto platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of bobatoto or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
